Community Tours is a business name of Rina Kuczko (ABN 86 561 477 485), based in Sydney, NSW.

What we collect

If you send an enquiry, we collect your name, your email address, the trip you ask about and your message.

The website also collects anonymous analytics (see below). We do not collect anything else.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are delivered by email to Rina through an email service provider, Resend, which is based in the United States.

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to answer them and to keep booking records.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to see how the site is used, such as which pages are viewed, roughly where visitors are and what device they use. Google sets cookies for this and processes the data outside Australia.

You can stop this with your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Cookies

The only cookies this site sets are the analytics cookies described above.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@communitytours.com.au.

If you are not happy with how we handled your information, please contact us first. You can also complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
